I just wanted to
tell you how pleased I am with your service... you were prompt
and reliable. I called at 8:00 a.m. and was told that a
technician would be out before noon, and probably by 10:00 a.m.
At 10:00 I received a call from Melissa (I think) who said that
Kurt was on his way. Shortly thereafter, Kurt arrived.
Kurt was very
professional, neat and courteous. He found the problem and fixed
it. In this day and age, such service is the exception.
The high standards
you set for your business pay off in satisfied customers. You
now have a lifetime customer...although I hope I don't need much
repair work done!
